Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the selected courier with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature confirmation, an additional cost will apply; please contact us before choosing this option. Regardless of the shipping method selected, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. It is not possible to combine two separate orders placed independently, therefore shipping charges will be applied to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
